$29/mo keeps your website online with managed hosting and SSL. No content updates, reporting, Google Business Profile updates, or ongoing Website Care included.
Take your site with you
$250 one time. We'll provide your complete site files, deployment instructions, and help connect your domain to your new host.
End service completely
Give 30 days' notice and your website will come offline at the end of your final paid month. Your domain remains yours either way.
What to Expect
We believe in being upfront about how we work so there are no surprises.
Turnaround Times
Starter sites can be ready in as little as 1 week. Standard sites typically take 1-2 weeks. Premium projects are 2+ weeks depending on scope. Turnaround can often be faster — it depends on how quickly we receive your content and feedback.
Revisions
Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions after the initial design is delivered. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback. Additional rounds can be accommodated at an extra cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
What We Need From You
To get started we need your business details, any photos or logos you have, and a general idea of what you're looking for. All content should be provided within 14 days of the project start date. Delays in providing content may push back your timeline.
Deposits and Refunds
Builds require a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due at launch. Before any work begins, the deposit is fully refundable. Once design work has started, the deposit covers time already spent and isn’t refundable, but you keep whatever has been completed.
