Turnaround Times
Starter sites can be ready in as little as 1 week. Standard sites typically take 1-2 weeks. Premium projects are 2+ weeks depending on scope. Turnaround can often be faster — it depends on how quickly we receive your content and feedback.
Revisions
Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions after the initial design is delivered. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback. Additional rounds can be accommodated at an extra cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
What We Need From You
To get started we need your business details, any photos or logos you have, and a general idea of what you're looking for. All content should be provided within 14 days of the project start date. Delays in providing content may push back your timeline.
Cancellations & Refunds
For Starter and Standard packages, if no work has begun within 5 business days of payment a full refund may be requested. Once work begins, no refunds are issued. Premium projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel mid-project you are responsible for work completed to date.
